Maggie Bracher

Maggie is a qualified language teacher and cross-cultural trainer with many years of experience teaching, translating and interpreting both in the public and private sectors. She is fluent in French with a sound knowledge of German and has worked on assignments overseas and in Australia. Her Masters thesis was on business language communication with specialisations in systemic linguistics and cross-cultural communication.

With a breadth of experience in administration and coordination, Maggie oversees the necessary structuring, liaison and organisational requirements of all CLC language assignments. Maggie works closely with our clients to ensure assignments are flexible and tailored to suit their needs. She has developed strong working relationships with our translators, interpreters and trainers over many years of creative collaboration on diverse projects.

Maggie’s passion for diverse cultures and languages inspired her to launch CLC’s Language and Cooking School in 2011. Through our regular language and cooking classes, Maggie is able to share her love for international cuisine and learning new languages with our local community.

Michael Bula

Michael is an international lawyer and notary and director of the legal firm Michael Bula Solicitors (MBS) www.mbsols.com.au. He is fluent in French and Italian, a specialist in legal and commercial French ↔ English translation with NAATI Professional Level accreditation and is recognised as a translator by the French diplomatic posts. He is Legal Advisor to the French, Belgian and Swiss Embassies, the Italian Consulate General, and the Swiss and Belgian Consulates in Melbourne. Michael is also a casual lecturer at Victoria University in civil law systems for future notaries.

Michael brings a specialised and unique service to CLC being qualified to produce French translations, and perform notarisations to ensure documents are certified and authenticated for use overseas. In addition to notarial services, Michael can also obtain the Hague Convention Apostille if required for CLC translations.

Michael’s passion for all things French is well known in the community, having founded the Melbourne French Theatre (MFT) in 1977 while studying at Melbourne University. A non-profit organisation, MFT will proudly celebrate 40 years of production in 2017, and almost 100 different shows.

Given the dedicated office hours that come with being a lawyer and notary, Michael ensures he stays fit by going for his daily jog during lunch, and cycling on weekends.

Kendall joined Corporate Language Communications in February 2015 after relocating to Melbourne from Sydney. While living in Sydney Kendall completed a Bachelor of Arts which inspired her interest in foreign languages and diverse cultures. She is currently undertaking further studies in Psychology and hopes to integrate her studies to work effectively in the area of mental health and well-being with Melbourne’s many diverse communities.

Kendall is your primary point of contact for translation, interpreting and language training enquiries. She takes care of the administrative arrangements and ensures all assignments run smoothly from start to finish. To ensure she stays organised and on top of all the important details, Kendall is meticulous with her spreadsheets and daily “to do” list.

Outside of CLC and university, Kendall can be found hunting for bargains in Melbourne’s best op shops, attempting to practice her mindfulness skills and enjoying brunch at Melbourne’s many cafes.

Wei has worked in Corporate Language Communication’s Accounts Department since 2007. Wei has previously studied a Bachelor of Arts in China, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Wei has an extensive accounting background gained from many years experience across diverse industries such as legal, retail, media, training and non-profit organisations. Using her knowledge and expertise, Wei also established her own private accounting practice in 2006.

A registered BAS Agent, Wei attends to the preparation of Business Activity Statements, produces company reports, performs financial forecasting and analysis, maintains relationships with relevant external parties, and supervises our Accounts Assistant, Adriana. In addition to her responsibilities for CLC, Wei also manages the accounting functions for our associated organisations: Michael Bula Solicitors, Traductions Francaises, and Melbourne French Theatre.

Wei goes above and beyond to seek proactive solutions for any queries that may arise, and excels in her ability to break down complex data into meaningful analysis. Wei’s attention to detail is second to none in ensuring all accounting matters are taken care of smoothly and efficiently.

Aside from her excellent accounting skills, Wei is also an artist in disguise and produces beautiful oil paintings. She also loves reading, cooking and going for long, relaxing walks.


B. Finance & International Relations
M. Management (Accounting)


Adriana joined the team at Corporate Language Communications in January 2016 after relocating to Melbourne from Bogota, Colombia. Adriana is fluent in both Spanish and English, and came to CLC with six years experience working in financial departments in the beauty industry and market research firms. In these roles, Adriana was in charge of accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and financial forecasting.

At CLC, Adriana is responsible for keeping our bookkeeping and payroll systems up to date, processing payments, business banking and more. Adriana works closely with Wei to ensure all accounting tasks are completed to the highest standard. Adriana excels in her capacity to work under pressure, and meet deadlines in an accurate and timely manner.

Adriana is currently completing a Masters in Management (Accounting). Outside of CLC and university, Adriana enjoys riding her bicycle, going to new restaurants to try Melbourne’s exquisite cuisine, going to the cinema, and travelling.

CLC only engages translators and interpreters accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI), the body responsible for setting and monitoring the standards for the translating and interpreting profession in Australia.
